You have the success, you could have the large paycheck, and corporations want to rent you. This is good news, particularly in a struggling economic system! Yet, you may have a nagging feeling that there's something ‘extra’, better, or totally different which will help you leap away from bed within the morning, excited to get to ‘work.’ Chances are… If you have been lucky, you got a job that you do properly in and your career continues to grow through promotions, added responsibilities and an even bigger paycheck. This is the biggest mistake I see professionals making when trying to determine ‘what’s subsequent’ for them in their career: exploring jobs and career options without having their precedence list in place.
